The Weight Loss Has Begun!!!
Hooray! WooHoo!!!
I have lost 3.3 lbs so far (time for donuts!! I’m just kidding :p )
Well, it does not feel like I have put up much effort in my attempt to lose weight because I am still trying to get into my exercize routine, so this leads me to believe that the loss that I am experiencing is just water weight. But hell, who cares…it’s 3 lbs!
I have to tell you, by being a stay at home/ work at home mom again (I was in the Corporate world for a few years and decided that I liked the chaos of my little boys better) I honestly thought that it would be easier to get into an exercize routine. You know, having the whole day to be able to do something (like, I was really going to get away from my desk and this PC for a minute right….yeah!. But I have found it to be just as hard…if not harder to really get myself to get up and do anything. I tend to find something else to do, or clean. Or, I’m busy changing a diaper or feeding my kids….something aside from my home “jobs” where I could be exercizing I am doing other things. And by the time I get them settled and into bed, I have maybe one or two more writing things to finish and I am in bed.
So as I try to get focused and add time to my day to work out, I am jumping for joy that maybe the food part of my lifestyle change (not diet!!) is helping to decrease my weight. Whatever the case may be I am happy with it and motivated to keep going!!
